Unique Composition:
The design of perforation and surface structure of the ceramic
tile lay out the performance. Characteristics such as clean
combustion, flame stability, heat transfer and insulation
are unsurpassed. The material composition defines the mechanical
stability, and high surface temperatures of up to 1200°
C.
Heat Stability & Quality: Schwank ceramic
tiles are withstanding thermal, corrosive, chemical &
mechanical stress. The extremely high quality consistency
is a result of elaborate and careful selection of raw material
together with precise manufacturing technology. All this assures
continuous performance and longevity. Hence, it is no surprise
that many Schwank ceramic tiles that have been produced over
50 years ago are still in use.
Low Emissions & Economic Operation: Clean combustion
means reduced pollution. Because of the combustion taking
place either inside or extremely close to the ceramic surface,
a considerable amount of combustion heat is absorbed by the
ceramic. The flame temperature is therefore greatly reduced
permitting an extremely low emission of NOx
